Morning All – I have to check in for Jury Duty this afternoon, so you only get one post today. Enjoy!

- Things I learned this weekend: A Green Day cover band can be AMAZING. A U2 cover band can be disappointing.  And a there is a difference between a “cover band” and a “tribute band

- Homer Simpson’s top 10 reasons he should be president.

- Superfriends + Office Space = Hilarity!

- Dude was going to have 12 wives! DAMN BOYYYYY

- Misha Barton works hard to get back in the limelight. And by hard, I mean not hard

- NYC real estate crosses the $50 Million mark. Woo-hoo. This means I have a PHENOMINAL change of buying an apartment in the next year or two

- Mike & Mike continue to grow their empire beyond radio, television, and Arena football commentary.

- Come everyone, sing with me: At the car wash… woo-woo, boom chica wow wow…

- In case you didn’t know, Jessica Alba is HOT

I heart TV - FOX

Thursday, May 17th, 2007

- Once I digest the two to three stages of the FOX schedule, I’ll let you know where I wind up for viewing. As of now, you have me at 8pm on Mondays for sure (Yeah, Prison Break!)

- 24 for two more years: Now if it would just become suspenseful again…

- Sarah Connors gets her own Terminator-less show.  Now if we could only get Edward Furlong to guest star…

- And finally this week… Someone does SOMETHING nice for other people: FOX presents K-Ville, a story about cops in post-Katrina Na’Leans.  I hope they wear lots of beads…

I heart TV - Day 4 (of 4)

Feeling FOXy today…

- Is it me or are the NBA Finals getting really good all of a sudden?

- Would you pay close to four grand to have your picture taken with Michael Jackson? Apparently 300 people did…

- Help Hillary pick her campaign song! WOW! Me!? I can help?! Oh thank you sooooo much Mrs. Clinton… or should I say, Madam President… (ugh, give me a freaking break)

- Some late breaking Spiderman news: When not played by Kristen Dunst, Mary Jane can be hottttt!

I heart TV - CBS

Wednesday, May 16th, 2007

- CBS’s new lineup is in and – WOO-HOO – How I Met Your Mother made it!

- Judging from the latest casting over at CBS, looks like Lost will have one less castmate by the end of the season

- Ok CBS, you get me Monday at 8… um, and MAYBE Wed at 8 and Sun at 8.  Maybe…

- Hugh Jackman apparently thinks he’s the Selma Hayek of 2007

I heart TV - Day 3 (of 4)

Wednesday, May 16th, 2007

I’ve got my eye on you today, CBS

- The end of the Jimmy B era begins at Syracuse: Let the multiple “celebrations of his commitment to Syracuse Athletics” begin… (Thanks Brian for the sad link)

- So many disturbing things, so little time: 1) CNN is covering Maxim’s top 100 women? 2) Lohan is number 1? 3) Sarah Silverman is the cover girl? Shesh!!! (Thanks Gregg for the heads up)

- A love a good story about a jolly fat man who can be won over by getting an extra large jock. (Thanks Jason for the link)

- Obviously the camp’s not so mandatory after all

I heart TV - ABC

Tuesday, May 15th, 2007

- I hate LA, but love red heads:  I’m torn about the Grey’s spinoff, but will def try it out for a few episodes before giving up on it…

- Congrats ABC! You get me Tuesday at 8 (for at least the premiere), Wed at 9 (sigh) and Thursday’s at 9, and – when it returns – Lost.

- Talk to me people: Geico Cavemen – Thumbs up or thumbs down? Will a 30 second spot work as a 30 minute show?

- And finally, a goodbye to George Lopez…… wait a second, this show was STILL on the air???

I heart TV - Day 2 (of 4)

Tuesday, May 15th, 2007

ABC, you’re up this afternoon…

- The absolute LAST reality show I will ever watch: Joey and Amy reunite to make a buck

- In case your eyes weren’t burning yet today, enjoy this new Maryln Manson video featuring him and his lady, um, “doing it”

- In my life, I hope to one day see what $250,000 worth of Skittles looks like…

- It may be HOTTTT outside, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy some ice in the city… Vanilla Ice that is (top ten reasons I hate Gawker Stalker begins and ends with this comment “He looks wicked old, and his tattoos are ugly.”)

I heart TV - NBC

Monday, May 14th, 2007

- NBC sends FNL’s to the preverbal showers, sticking it at 10pm on Friday nights…  A sure sign to fans of High School Football that AFTER you watch the real game, they can catch a fictitious one on TV

- Based on the schedule just announced (and sure to be revised by Friday), NBC can count me in for Monday at 9, all night Thursday, and Friday at 11.

- Just one new comedy at NBC, and it’s a British knock-off? That’s sad coming from a company with a history of groundbreaking comedies. Just sad. (PS – “Studio 60” is dead)

- Content is King: “Heroes” takes it up a notch by adding “Heroes: Origins,” a spinoff that will introduce a new character each week, and viewers will select which one stays for the following season.
