- After all that hype, the new 49er’s uniforms are merely more of a throwback look for the team. I guess that’s not so bad – those old teams did win championships after all…

- Paula Abdul – the singer – is back with another attempt at a number one hit. I’m going to guess this one’s going to fall flat like that “new one” from ’07
